Description

The purpose of this consultation is to set up a Wifi service in all CAS-VP establishments hosting users. This framework agreement has been concluded as a mono-contractor framework agreement. It includes the following services:
— the provision by the holder of a SAAS service platform for the general public, but the functional administration of which may be delegated to MOA contact persons,
— a technical solution compatible with the internal authentication platform for professional Wifi,
— support for the configuration of the solution and good practices,
a technical study of each site,
— the provision and deployment of terminals,
— operation of the service: supervision and operation of the level 1 and 2 assistance solution, incident management, GTR, monitoring, maintenance in operational condition, proactive and evolutionary maintenance for establishments wishing to benefit from it.
