Description

The procedure is initiated on the basis of Article 79(1)(7) ZOP and in accordance with Decree No 347 of the Council of Ministers of 8 December 2016 approving the List of Goods under Articles 79 and 191(1)(6) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject matter of the procedure is the delivery of goods which are traded on the commodity exchange, which is the basis for entering into the procedure by negotiation without prior notification, in accordance with Article 79(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act. The supply of fuels will be made on the commodity exchange through an exchange intermediary, under the terms of the Commodity Exchanges and Markets Act. A contract for this order will be concluded under the terms and conditions set out in the Exchange Rules of Sofia Commodity Exchange AD.
