In accordance with Article 8(1) and (2) of the BayÖPNVG in conjunction with Paragraph 8a of the PBefG and Article 2(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, the Landkreis Traunstein intends to award a public service contract (ÖDA) for public passenger transport services by motor vehicle pursuant to Paragraph 2(1) of the PBefG for so-called on-demand transport in the territory of the municipalities of Chieming, Grabenstätt, Grassau and Übersee. The ÖDA is to be granted for a term of 4 years, with a unilateral extension option by the district of Traunstein of up to 2 years. The intended ODA covers all public passenger transport services in the territory of the municipalities of Chieming, Grabenstätt, Grassau and Übersee in the district of Traunstein in accordance with the supplementary document to this pre-notification. The ÖDA refers to public transport services within the meaning of Article 1 of the BayÖPNVG and Paragraph 8 of the PBefG.
