Description

Background: As part of strengthening the regional network in Hälsingland in the project Nord-Syd, the 145 kV pipeline L1-130 between Dönje and Söderala will be rebuilt, length approximately 30 km. L1-130 runs between Dönje (north of Bollnäs) to Söderala (west of Söderhamn) in Hälsingland. Existing wiring is built as wooden pole portal wiring and has phase line FeAl 281mm2. New management: The new line L1-130, which after reconstruction changes its name to AL119 and AL120 respectively, is being rebuilt within the existing concession. New posts shall be made of composite material , phase line Al59, 3x1x910mm2 and OPGW corresponding to 241mm2 The contractor provides all the materials. The line runs over long distances parallel to other lines. The project may be covered by the Security Protection Act (2018:585). In such a case, Ellevio will require a classified security agreement (level 1, 2 or 3 depending on the assessment) to be signed between Ellevio and the contractor to whom the contract is awarded. A final assessment of the need for a protective security agreement will be made prior to the dispatch of the FIFG. Suppliers participating in the qualification are therefore invited to take into account already now that requirements for security protection agreements may arise.
