Description

: Lieferung, Betrieb und Wartung inkl. Installation von Geschwindigkeitsmessgeräten und Geschwindigkeitsmessplätze im Gebiet des Landreises Lüchow-Dannenberg gemäß vorgegebener Aufstellungsliste (20 Standorte) in Form eines Dienstleistungsvertrages für einen Zeitraum von 48 Monaten bei dem, ausgehend von den Erfahrungswerten aus der Vergangenheit (fiktives Mengengerüst für die Angebotskalkulation) der Vertragspartner vom Landkreis Lüchow-Dannenberg einen festen Betrag pro „Fall“ (Bild / Geschwindigkeitsübertretung) erhält. Der Vertragspartner übernimmt dafür die Installation der entsprechenden Anlagen, den Betrieb, die Pflege, die Wartung, die Ersatzbeschaffung defekter Geräte, die Versicherung und den laufenden energetischen Betrieb.
