Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf die Leistungen: Unterhaltsreinigung, Grundreinigung (auf Abruf), diverse Reinigungen auf Abruf / Sonderleistungen. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen fallen in 3 Losen (Los 6, 7 und 8) mit ihren Untergewerken an. Die Aufteilung der Lose sind nach fachlichen, mengenmäßigen Gesichtspunkten erfolgt. Die Lose wurden nach Gebieten eingeteilt. Bei den zu reinigenden Flächen, bzw. Gebäuden handelt es sich um Verwaltungsgebäude, Jugendzentren und Alteneinrichtungen.
