Description

The Neue Mittelschule Pöllau is a 12-class school with around 250 pupils. At this point in time, the school is housed in two buildings, which reflect a generous farm situation. The municipal council of the market municipality of Pöllau adopted the decision in principle to plan and implement the comprehensive renovation of the Neue Mittelschule in the form of a negotiated procedure for the identification of a total contractor. In addition to rehabilitation, an ale will be built and cluster aspects will be taken into account. The main objective of the negotiated procedure is to develop the best possible solutions for a modern cluster school as part of the overall rehabilitation of the NMS.
