Description

The project is planned to accommodate 700 students on three levels. On the upper ground floor and upstairs are the teaching rooms, while on the lower ground floor are the services: the refectory, administration and premises for teachers. A few storage rooms occupy a partial basement. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete and the deactivated concrete facades, poured into place, revealing a strong texture of gravel of light yellow color. Inside, a large number of partitions between rooms are made of wood, as are the fixed fittings, acoustic absorption coatings and doors. Energy-efficient construction is designed to achieve performance equivalent to the Minergie P 2017 standard. Heat production is provided by the CAD. The premises are ventilated by a double flow mechanical installation with energy recovery, photovoltaic sensors are installed on the green roof. It also includes interior window shelves and embrasures and skirting boards.
