Description

Bau- und Servicegesellschaft mbH Heidelberg intends to rebuild the Heidelberg Convention Center.
The net cost of the overall measure is EUR 57 million (CG 200, 300, 400, 500 and 700). The framework schedule foresees the construction completion at the end of 2021 and the opening of the New Conference Centre in mid-2022.
The purpose of this invitation to tender is to provide the following services (in stages):
Technical equipment, plant group 5/7 (here: Technical planning of event, media and sound engineering), service phases 1-8.
