The subject of this public contract is the implementation of a generational upgrade, including the commissioning and integration of a total of 38 pcs of unattended fuel dispensers of the technological part of the System, as well as the provision of services to provide technical and service support for the operation of 5 pcs of POS payment terminals and 38 pcs of unattended fuel dispensers of the technological part of the System. Furthermore, the subject of this public contract is the development (delivery) and support of the application part of the System, including the provision of system support for the routine operation of the application part of the System and the provision of ad hoc services to ensure possible modifications of the application part of the System according to the requirements of the contracting authority (development), all according to the conditions set out in the draft contract, which forms Annex 3 to this tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") or in the annexes to this Contract. The subject-matter of this public contract is therefore: a) replacement of 38 pcs of unattended fuel dispensers (generational replacement); b) provision of technical and service support services for the operation of 5 POS payment terminals, 38 unattended refuelling machines of the technological part of the System (Service S01); c) modernization (development and delivery) of the application part of the System; d) providing operating support (Service S02) and ad hoc services to ensure possible modifications of the application part of the System according to the client's requirements (Service S03). The contracting authority currently operates the System, the application part of which consists of the web application ‘Fuel 2000 Enterprise’ and the SQL database, and the technological part consists of 38 pcs of unattended refuelling machines and 5 pcs of ‘Point of Sale’ ČSOB payment terminals installed on unattended refuelling machines of the technological part of the Control System, with 20 pcs of refuelling machines out of a total of 38 pcs already beyond the lifespan and it is necessary to replace them immediately. The contracting authority allows tenderers to take over the existing System with the replacement of at least 20 obsolete fuel dispensers immediately after the entry into force of the Contract, whereby the modernization of the application part of the System will take place no later than 12 months after the entry into force of the Contract, or they can offer the tenderer to perform a total generational renewal of the System (possibly including the replacement of its application part with its own solution) immediately after the entry into force of the Contract and further fulfil the Contract through a completely new System. However, the contracting authority points out that the selected supplier must ensure the smooth operation of the System in its entirety (either by taking over the existing System with the replacement of part of the fuel dispensers or by performing an immediate complete generational replacement of the System) no later than 12 months after the entry into force of the Contract.
