Description

Københavns Kommune ønsker ved nærværende udbud at indhente tilbud på en rammeaftale om konsulentydelser til understøttelse af kommunens ServiceNow-platform, som består af en række delløsninger, der tilsammen udgør kommunens samlede ServiceNow-løsninger, herunder ServiceNow-programmel i form af modulerne HR (HRSD), ITSM, Mobile Now, mindre moduler i App Engine samt egenudviklet programmel udviklet i tilknytning til det øvrige programmel.Konsulentydelserne vil omfatte videreudvikling omkring Kundens implementerede ServiceNow-platform med særlig vægt på HRSD-modulet. Videreudviklingen vil primært bestå i kodning på HRSD-modulet, men også øvrige moduler, herunder ITSM-modulet m.v. samt relaterede produkter. Dertil kommer udvikling og design af integrationer/scripts op imod andre af kommunens kernesystemer, design og udvikling af løsninger på Now Mobile-applikationen, udarbejdelse af teknisk dokumentation, udførelse af tests samt rådgivning og bistand i forbindelse med strategiske ServiceNow-projekter, som løbende defineres over rammeaftalens løbetid, m.v. Derudover vil konsulentydelserne i mindre omfang bestå i rådgivning vedrørende optimal anvendelse af platformen og dens funktionalitet.
