Description

The HUS Group (hereinafter referred to as HUS) is preparing/planning a tender for special protective gloves. With this announcement, we are looking for suppliers/companies on the market whose selection of the above products can be found. This tendering complements the HUS 301-2019 Research Gloves and HUS 098-2022 Surgical Gloves agreements. We ask for information on single-use protective gloves on the market: 1. Chemical resistant nitrile glove 30cm for laboratory use (PPE) 2. Specially xylene-resistant nitrile-neoprene glove 30cm for laboratory use (PPE) 3. Nitrile or nitrile-neoprene glove for plastering use (minimum 0.1mm thickness fingers and palm) (MDR and PPE) 4. Sterile double-glove for cleanroom chemotherapy (PPE) 5. Sterile extra long (40cm+) nitrile or nitrile-neoprene glove for HIPEC use (MDR AND EPP) 6. If you have the above products in your assortment and are interested in participating in the market dialogue, please send a message to kilpailutus.tiimi@hus.fi with the subject "HUS 199-2025 SPECIAL PRODUCTS INFORMATION REQUEST". In the message, we ask you to tell us about the products in your selection. We also ask you to attach product brochures or other appendices describing the products in question, such as chemical/cytostatic endurance tables. The contracting entity is particularly interested in knowing more about new products/solutions that entered the market in 2020 and later. In addition, we are interested in market participants' solutions related to the environmental impacts of products, production and supply chain as well as the responsibility of operations. TIME OF THE REPLY We would like to receive your reply as described above by Fri 4.4.2025 at the latest. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to arrange a more detailed market dialogue with the registered parties at its discretion. The purpose of the request for information is to obtain comprehensive information on the products to be put out to tender, so that a possible invitation to tender can be carried out appropriately. The contracting entity does not undertake to carry out the procurement. If the purchase is carried out, changes to the content of this notice are possible. The contracting entity reserves the right to divide the procurement into lots. This request for information does not constitute a contract notice, a prior information notice or a call for tenders and the publication of this notice does not constitute a call for tenders. Responding to a request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible subsequent tendering procedure, and responding to a request for information does not affect the tenderer’s position in a possible tendering procedure. Participants in the market dialogue shall not be entitled to compensation for their participation. Responses given in the market dialogue shall not be binding on the respondent in any subsequent procurement. The information gathered through the market dialogue will remain confidential and will only be used to plan the procurement. OTHER CONTRACTING ENTITIES IN ACCORDANCE The procurement is likely to be carried out as a procurement ring (joint procurement) for several contracting entities. The following contracting entities are provisionally involved: HUS Group (HUS), City of Helsinki, Eastern Uusimaa wellbeing services county and Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county. Above is a preliminary assessment of the entities involved. Changes may still occur as the subject of the procurement is specified and as the planning of the procurement progresses.
