Description

The Chamber of Crafts of the Palatinate is gradually tendering out the building planning service (performance picture § 34 HOAI) for the new building of the vocational training centre (BTZ) Neustadt a.d. Weinstraße. On the basis of a prepared feasibility study and project description and the further planning documents, the planning and monitoring goals are determined. The gradual commissioning is carried out with - stage 1: Basic identification and preliminary planning (LPh 1 and 2), - Level 2: Design planning and approval planning (LPh 3 and 4), - Level 3: Execution planning (LPh 5), - Level 4: Preparation of the award (LPh 6), - Level 5: Participation in the award (LPh 7) and - level 6: Object monitoring (LPh 8) and object maintenance (LPh 9).
