Description

Für die Maßnahme Neubau der Grund- und Mittelschule, eines Haus für Kinder, Schwimmhalle, 3-fach Sporthalle u. Tiefgarage, Zielstattstraße 80-90 in München ,wird das Inbetriebnahmemanagement und das Tech. Monitoring vergeben. Die Leistungen zum Inbetriebnahmemanagement sind in Anlehnung an die VDI 6039 in der Leistungsphase 8 (§ 34 HOAI) sowie das Technisches Monitoring im 1.ten Betriebsjahr sowie weiterer auftraggeberspezifischer Anforderungen gemäß Leistungsheft durchzuführen. Es handelt sich dabei um die Erbringung der Leistungen in den Leistungsstufen 4 und 5.
