Description

Hankinnan kohde on kunnallisteknisen vesihuollon rakentamisen tarvikkeiden toimittaminen tilaajalle tässä tarjouspyynnössä määritellyillä ehdoilla. Sopimuskausi on alustavasti 1.6.2025 - 31.5.2029. Sopimusehdot ovat JYSE 2022 tavarat. Hankinnalla perustetaan puitejärjestely yhden toimittajan kanssa. Toimittajalla tulee olla kivijalkamyymälä Imatran kaupungin alueella, josta tilaaja voi käydä noutamassa tuotteita. Tarjousten valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus ja vertailuperusteena halvin hinta.. Vertailuhinta muodostuu eri tuotteiden yhteenlasketusta vertailukorista. Lisäksi tarjoajan tulee täyttää ehdottomat vähimmäisvaatimukset ja kattavat laatukriteerit. Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään määrä- tai vähimmäisostovelvoitteisiin, vaan tavaroita tilataan tarpeen mukaan. Liite 1, sopimusluonnos
