Obiectul acordului cadru îl reprezinta achiziţia de consumabile pentru imprimante HP (Lot 1), imprimante Lexmark (Lot 2), imprimante Kyocera (Lot 3), imprimante Kyocera aflate în perioada de garanție (Lot 4) și imprimante Lexmark aflate în perioada de garanție (Lot 5) pentru ONRC – sediul central şi oficiile registrului comerţului de pe lângă tribunale - 5 loturi. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face de regulă trimestrial în funcție de necesitățile ONRC și de fondurile alocate cu această destinație. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limita stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numar zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 ( douăzeci) zile.
