PL-Warsaw: Architectural, engineering and planning services
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the execution of design works relating to the execution of complete design documentation within the meaning of the provisions of the Construction Law, to the extent necessary to obtain the approval of the competent administrative authority to start construction works,
2. The design documentation should include, but are not limited to:
2.1. Acquisition of the map for design purposes.
2.2. Obtain all the necessary decisions, arrangements and opinions necessary to obtain authorisation to start construction works.
2.3. Construction-Executive Project (PBW), containing a breakdown of scrap metal (qualitative, quantitative and value list) – 4 copies and electronic version.
2.4. Investors’ bills and quotes, including separately for demolitions – summary scrap summary (qualitative, quantitative and value list) – 2 copies and electronic version.
2.5. Summary cost statement – 2 copies and electronic version.
3. In the context of copyright supervision, the Contracting Authority shall provide for a maximum of five stays for the Contractors, but not less than 1. A reduction in the maximum number of stays may result in a corresponding reduction in the amount of remuneration, which will not give rise to any financial claim by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority.
