In 10 Wohngruppen max. 12 Einzelzimmer inkl. Bad und Gemeinschaftsküchen. 5 Einheiten mit jew. barrierefreien Einzelzimmern mit Bädern und Kochnischen.
Technikräume, Wasch- und Trockenraum sowie Abstellräume im Untergeschoss.
Gebäude aus 3 rechteckigen Baukörpern, über 2 Treppenhäuser verbunden. Maximale Abmessungen ca. 75,80 x 13,75 x 11,30 m (L x B x H).
