The City of Kouvola is asking for tenders for open public transport services. The traffic in accordance with the agreement will start at all destinations on 7.8.2025. The length of the contracts and any option periods vary from one object to another. In items 6 and 8, the agreement expires at the end of the summer traffic season 2029 on the day before the start date of the school year of basic education.
