Description

The object of the acquisition is the unidentified planning services of the municipality of Kempele and its subsidiary Kiinteistö Oy Kempeleenkartano related to property renovations, new construction and space changes. The assignment also includes studies, planning and cost assessment of the project planning phases of separate sites. A maximum of five (5) consultancy firms will be selected for the different areas of work mentioned below. A framework agreement will be concluded with the selected suppliers and project-specific orders can be made on the basis of the agreement at a later date.
