Цел на настоящата поръчка е да се извърши оценка и контрол на данните, получени в резултат от картиране и определяне на природозащитното състояние на природните местообитания и видове по Директива 92/43/ЕИО за опазване на природните местообитания и на дивата флора и фауна, както и определяне на рискови за дивите птици — по Директива 2009/147/ЕИО за опазване на дивите птици (предишна 79/409/ЕИО), територии за изграждане на ветрогенератори, които са резултат от Дейност 4 по проекта.
