The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan of up to PLN 6 616 000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and credits. Deadline for performance of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the agreement until the final repayment of the loan expected for December 2035. The repayment of capital installments resulting from the loan agreement will take place in the period from November 2024 to December 2035. according to the bank's declaration in the offer form, however, it is stipulated that the date of disbursement of loan tranches may not be longer than 3 business days.
