Description

the purpose of this framework agreement is the removal, transport and recovery of dried sludge and dehydrated sludge from the Seine Gréllons site.
In the case of sludge which does not comply with agricultural recovery in accordance with the 1998 Order or with the acceptance criteria specific to the other recovery pathways proposed, it will be disposed of by the holder. The contractor must give preference to waste treatment facilities for energy recovery.
The services are to be carried out at the Seine Gresillons purification plant located in Triel-sur-Seine (78510) in the Yvelines.
The valorisation sectors proposed by the contractor must be part of a sustainable development approach and be consistent with SIAAP’s obligations and objectives.
