Description

The order includes the factory repair of wishbones, vehicle of the GTK Boxer system. Tenderers must take into account in the submission of tenders that the information on the respective lots is only estimates derived from past values and includes any additional requirements (safety surcharge). The actual orders made during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the demand quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a drawer. In any case, the upper limit for the respective contract is the total quantity (estimate requirement + safety surcharge) summarized in the relevant lot. An obligation on the part of the customer to place individual orders is not justified by this contract. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination.
