The subject of the contract shall be:
— evaluation of the application options for formalised forecasting models for use in the design activity of the SEF, data security requirements;
— defining and defining the scope of the evaluation criteria for the strategy’s winning variant(s);
— setting up a system for updating strategies depending on external and internal factors;
— sensitivity analysis,
— preparation of the design part of the procedural model and recommendations of continuous conceptual work and strategic planning methods for the continuous assessment of the state and outlook of the SEF’s economic situation;
— finalisation and testing of the strategy for the needs of development activities and improving and streamlining the management of the organisation’s development, auditable features;
