Description

Het cluster Stadsbeheer, afdeling Schone Stad van de gemeente Rotterdam, hierna ook te noemen: de Gemeente, is zich aan het voorbereiden op een keuze voor een nieuwe overeenkomst inzake: een Container Management Systeem (CMS) voor rolcontainers. Aanleiding is dat de huidige manier van het aanvragen, registreren en de uitgifte van de rolcontainers is verouderd en in vergelijking met hedendaagse mogelijkheden te kostbaar is. Daarnaast wil Schone Stad zich inzetten voor applicatie minimalisatie en indien mogelijk maar één applicatie voor het hele proces. De wens is om het proces te ondersteunen met een nieuwe ICT oplossing gericht op toekomstbestendige techniek. De Gemeente is voornemens om in Q2 van 2025 een aanbesteding te starten. Ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding organiseert de Gemeente een marktconsultatie. Een marktconsultatie is een door de Gemeente georganiseerde informatie-uitwisseling met belanghebbende partijen over de voorgenomen opdracht. De Gemeente wil de verkregen informatie gebruiken om een marktgerichte en realistische aanbesteding in de markt te zetten. De marktconsultatie stelt de Gemeente tevens in staat om inzicht te verkrijgen in welke mate aanbieders van dergelijke systemen of een CMS-applicatie aan de behoefte van de Gemeente kunnen voldoen
