Description

The municipality of Nakkila requested tenders for the management, construction and supervision services of the new comprehensive school as follows:
1. Management and construction tasks include management and construction tasks for existing buildings (to be demolished) and buildings to be built on the construction site. The selected construction consultant must, among other things, put the design, construction and demolition contracts out to tender in the name of the municipality of Nakkila. The selected construction consultant is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the project in a controlled manner, from the implementation planning to the completion of the building, including the tasks during the warranty period. The selected developer consultant acts as the client's trustee and is responsible for managing and constructing the site in accordance with the tender specifications.
