Description

The municipality of Nakkila requested tenders for the management, construction and supervision services of the new comprehensive school as follows:
1. Management and construction tasks include management and construction tasks for existing buildings (to be demolished) and buildings to be built on the construction site. The selected construction consultant must, among other things, put the design, construction and demolition contracts out to tender in the name of the municipality of Nakkila. The selected construction consultant is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the project in a controlled manner, from the implementation planning to the completion of the building, including the tasks during the warranty period. The selected developer consultant acts as the client's trustee and is responsible for managing and constructing the site in accordance with the tender specifications.
2. Supervision tasks include supervision tasks for existing buildings (to be demolished) and buildings to be built on site. The objective of supervision is to monitor the implementation of works contracts, the quality of construction, occupational safety and the temporal and economic implementation on the site. The aim of site supervision is to take proactive action to safeguard the interests of the developer. The progress of the construction work is monitored, the plans made are followed and the quality of the work is taken care of.
