The contracting authority requests the contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to indicate the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. 3.3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks concerning: 3.4. The Contracting Authority shall not require subcontractors on resources which the Contractor does not rely on in order to prove compliance with the conditions for submitting the SEDZ and documents confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion. 4. Contractors jointly applying for a contract. 4.1. If several economic operators submit a joint tender, each of the economic operators jointly applying for the award of the contract must submit the documents and declarations indicated in Chapter IV, point. 1.2, 4.2.
