Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of a computing computer, hereinafter referred to as ‘hardware’, to the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Codes: 30211000-1 (high-performance computers). 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract - Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 4. Place of delivery of equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Oceanography and Geography, Department of Hydrology, building of the Faculty of Social Sciences, room B331, ul. Bażyńskiego 4, 80-309 Gdańsk. 5. The customer requires a guarantee for the equipment for a period of 36 months. The details of the guarantee are set out in Section 7 of the Draft Agreement – Annex 5 to the SWZ. 6. The contracting authority shall allow an equivalent tender to be submitted. Equivalence means that the Contractor shall ensure that the offered equipment (supply) meets the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems not inferior to those described by the Contracting Authority in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
