Description

THIS IS NOT A PROJECT NOTICE OR APPLICATION FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKETING AND TECHNICAL DELEGATION. This information request will help map the market and provide information on procurement. The contracting entity will not launch a call for tenders with the publication of a request for information, but a possible contract notice and a call for tenders will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the actual procurement. Responding to a request for information is not a condition for participating in any subsequent call for tenders. Suppliers shall not be compensated for responding to a request for information or participating in a market dialogue. The answers given to this request for information are used in planning the acquisition of a secure communication channel for Citizen Service. The purpose of the information request is to map suppliers on the market and their product and service portfolio. The aim is to find out the technical solutions, pricing principles and cost level for the budget. HUS is interested in an easy-to-use, accessible and secure communication channel outside the patient information system for civic engagement, which can be integrated into HUS's current online services. With the help of the service, citizens are offered the opportunity to send messages containing protected information to HUS. Through the communication channel, citizens must be able to send and receive messages and attachments related to personal transactions using a secure connection. The primary purpose of the procurement is continuous service, including maintenance, and the launch of the service. The service processes patient and customer data, the management and processing of which are subject to the requirements of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation and Finnish legislation. The HUS Group requests your written comments on the attached material. Please note that all material is intended solely for the purpose of conducting this market dialogue. The contracting entity will treat your reply confidentially. Based on the responses to the request for information, the supplier may be offered the opportunity to present its solutions at times to be announced at a later stage. Suppliers who have responded to a request for information may be given the opportunity to comment on the preliminary tender documents. We kindly ask you to submit your written answers to the request for information and to notify us of your interest by noon on 26 November 2024 at the latest to the address kilpailutus.ict@hus.fi. The subject of the message is "HUS 666-2023 Secure communication channel for citizen services". Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
