The subject of the contract is the purchase and planting of plant material in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, divided into two tasks: Activity 1 - Purchase and planting of trees in the Ursynów District of Warsaw, Activity 2 - Purchase and planting of shrubs, perennials and onions in the Ursynów District of Warsaw The description of the subject of the contract shall specify: - Description of the subject-matter of the contract and its annexes, constituting, respectively, Task 1, 2 Annex No 1.1, 1.2 to the FTZ; - Draft provisions of the agreement constituting Annex No 3.1, 3.2 to the FTZ, as appropriate, to Task 1 or 2. The planting map documents and the location of plantings are attached to the description of the subject of the contract.
