Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dostawa napojów bezalkoholowych z podziałem na 3 części (zadania). 2. Wymogi, ilości oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz pozostałej dokumentacji przetargowej, która zostanie zamieszczona na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu. Skorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z prawa opcji zostanie uruchomione poprzez wysłanie do Wykonawcy stosownego zawiadomienia w formie pisemnej lub dokumentowej. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje wobec Zamawiającego roszczenie o realizację dostaw opcjonalnych. 4.Zamawiający może z prawa opcji korzystać wielokrotnie, do wyczerpania maksymalnej ilości określonej w § 3 ust. 2 umowy , nie później jednak niż do 24.12.2025 r. Skorzystanie z prawa opcji przez Zamawiającego po upływie ww. daty wymaga zgody Wykonawcy w formie pisemnej lub dokumentowej.
