Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law for the Contracting Authority’s facilities for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the FTZ. The contracting authority informs that the planned electricity consumption is 5 560.53 MWh for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028 (1 853.51 MWh/ for every 12 months).
