The current housing of De Kleine Prins Utrecht is outdated. That is why it was decided to renovate part of the current building (approximately 1,000 m2 GFA) and to demolish the rest of the building (approximately 8,350 m2 GFA) in phases (including asbestos remediation) and to replace it with new construction (approximately 7,210 m2 GFA).
