The subject of the contract is: “, Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate from the municipality of Niwiska and collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027.” Detailed description of the subject of the contract: 1) The Contractor is responsible for the organization of the provision of municipal waste collection services directly from the owners of residential and uninhabited properties and the point of separate collection of waste from the territory of the municipality of Niwiska and the management of this waste. 2) The Contractor is obliged to provide the service of collection and management of municipal waste including: a) waste collection from owners of residential and non-residential real estate from the municipality of Niwiska, b) waste collection and management from a separate waste collection point. 3) The collection of municipal waste will be divided into the following types: Separately collected municipal waste: - paper and paperboard (waste paper); - metals; - plastics; - glass including clear glass and coloured glass; - multi-material packaging waste; - hazardous waste; - expired medicines and chemicals; - waste ineligible for household medical waste resulting from the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; - waste batteries and accumulators; - waste electrical and electronic equipment; - furniture and other bulky waste; - used tyres; - construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste; - waste textiles and clothing. b) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste 4) The Contractor is obliged to export and manage municipal waste from properties inhabited in accordance with the applicable Regulations for the Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Niwiska. 5) The Contractor shall supply the owners of residential and non-residential real estate free of charge with bags for the separate collection of municipal waste 6) The Contractor shall deliver the bags directly to the owners of the real estate each time after receiving the filled bags (bag for bag). 7) The Contractor is also obliged to collect municipal waste from persons who have their own containers for the collection of unsorted (mixed) and segregated waste in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Niwiska. 8) The number of bags for the collection of waste subject to separate collection, with which the Contractor equips the property, must be adjusted to the number of residents served and resulting from the frequency schedule of their collection, assuming no limit on the amount of waste collected segregated at each reception in the same amount and type as received. 9) The bags should be marked with appropriate information about the type of waste collected in them, the name, telephone number of the Contractor. 10) The service and functioning of PSZOK is provided by the Ordering Party. The contracting authority equipped the Niwiska Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point with the following containers: a) 2 containers for construction and demolition waste with a minimum capacity of KP-15 m3 (open) b) container for hazardous waste - 120l, c) container for drugs and chemicals - l100l d) container for needles and syringes - 120l e) container for used batteries and accumulators - 240l, f) container for used electrical and electronic equipment KP-7 m3 (open) g) container for furniture and other large waste KP-7 m3 (open) h) container for used tires - KP-7 m3 , i) container for ash - 1100l, j) container for textiles and clothing - 1100 l, k) container for biowaste - 1100 l. 11) Receipt of waste from PSZOK will follow the notification of the Ordering Party during opening hours. 12) List of properties covered by the obligation to collect municipal waste, the Contractor will receive from the Contracting Authority after signing the contract. 13) The collection of municipal waste will take place in specialized containers, containers or bags of the following colors: a) yellow - for the purpose of metals, including packaging for metals, plastics, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste; b) green - intended for colourless and coloured glass and glass packaging waste; blue - paper and paperboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard; brown - bio-waste; e) black - intended for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste 14) The Contractor is obliged, during the performance of the contract, to cover all new residential properties and uninhabited properties reported by the Ordering Party with the system of collection and management of municipal waste. 15) The Contractor is obliged to control the implementation by the owner of the property of the obligation to separately collect municipal waste, and in the event of failure to do so, the Contractor is obliged to accept the collected municipal waste as mixed municipal waste and notify the Contracting Authority and the owner of the property in writing, immediately, but not later than within 7 days (the notification should include an indication of the date of receipt of municipal waste and the address of the property from which the waste was collected).
