Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of filter sands and gravels in a total quantity of 1026.5 tonnes (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the Product’), used for the treatment of water intended for human consumption, by transporting the Contractor. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes (hereinafter also OPZ) Annex 5 to the FTZ. 3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the Order are contained in Annex 6 to the FTZ. 4. The evidence in question: 4.1. In order to demonstrate that the Product offered complies with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit the following evidence together with the tender: 1) Current hygienic certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene, authorising the Product for use in water intended for human consumption. Note: The contracting authority will accept the equivalent means of proof in question if it confirms that the supplies offered meet the requirements set out in the GIP. 4.2 The Contracting Authority reserves that if the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to above, or if the evidence submitted proves to be incomplete, the Contractor will be requested pursuant to Art. 2 Acts to be submitted or supplemented within the prescribed period.
