Supply of a headlamp for the WCO Laryngology Clinic.
1.The subject of the order is the delivery of the headlamp for the WCO Laryngology Clinic. 2.A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party and the quantities, is contained in Annex 2 to the Invitation – Assortment and Price Form. 3.The offered subject of the contract must be allowed to be marketed and used in accordance with applicable law. 4.The subject of the order must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022, item. 974), if applicable. 5.In all records in which the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or indicates trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 5 and Article 101 para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions. 6.The Contracting Authority does not impose the requirements referred to in Article 96 of the Public Procurement Act. 7.The method of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the draft contract contained in Annex 5 to the Invitation. 8.The Contractor is obliged to provide complete documentation with the delivery of tools, including: a) a list of cleaning products authorised for manual cleaning of difficult dirt on instruments (these products must be effective in removing difficult dirt from tools, without damaging these tools.) b) a list of tools maintenance products before steam sterilisation, c) other documents indicated in Annex 5 to the Invitation.
