Freelance service tendered:
Structural design in accordance with § 49 HOAI, performance phases 2-6.
New construction, restructuring and extension of the production centre with double sports hall in Unterhaching.
The Special Needs Education Centre Unterhaching, Hachinger Tal Schule, in its present form, has existed since 1 August 2008. As a special educational centre, the school now includes the priority areas of language, learning and emotional and social development.
Around 250 students are currently studying in year 1 to 9 (basic and skin level) in this building. There is also a school-pre-school facility (SVE) and a day-care centre (HPT) for pre-school children with three groups, in which approximately 20 children are taken care of by an external institution, on the premises of the Hachinger Tal School.
There are currently three buildings A, B and C used for school purposes.
Two of these buildings (buildings B and C) are to be preserved, but a restructuring is foreseen.
Building A is to be replaced by a new building, while at the same time extending its surface area. A new articulated/connection construction is intended to link the replacement of building A and buildings B and C. Among other things, a warm-up kitchen and a therapeutic bath are to be installed in this joint/connection structure.
The room programme for the planned replacement of building A (Hachinger Tal School – 1 973 year of construction) covers a total of approximately 5.800 m² HNF.
In addition, a double sports hall (approx. 1 200 m²), a technical centre to connect all three buildings, as well as free sports and free playgrounds are foreseen.
The construction works are to be carried out when the facilities are being operated on an ongoing basis. As far as possible, the existing building component A should be preserved until the new construction is completed. It is conceivable that old building A could be used as an interim solution during the restructuring measures for components B and C.
The contracting authority plans to award the planning contract in Q4 2012 so that planning can start in Q4 2012.
Use is planned to start in 2016/2017.
