Description

The provision of a service for the collection of municipal waste and the management of that waste from owners of properties in which residents live, arising from the municipality of Koszęcin. Population in the Municipality – 12080. Total number of residential properties – so-called acceptance points – buildings separately: single family/multi-family – 3 596/12. Area of the Municipality/km² – 129. Estimated quantity and type of municipal waste collected during the performance of the contract: Minimum quantity of mixed waste in tonnes per 6 months – 380. Minimum quantity of waste sorted in tonnes per 6 months – 367. The minimum guaranteed value of the subject-matter of the contract will be converted as: Price per tonne for the collection and management of mixed waste x minimum quantity of mixed waste generated over the duration of the contract = Minimum value for mixed waste. Price per tonne for the collection and management of separated waste x minimum amount of separated waste generated during the duration of the contract = Minimum value for separated waste (sum of value for mixed and separated waste) = Minimum guaranteed value of the subject-matter of the contract. The maximum value of the subject-matter of the contract will be converted as: Price per tonne for the collection and management of mixed waste x Maximum quantity of mixed waste generated over the duration of the contract = Maximum value for mixed waste. Price per tonne for the collection and management of separated waste x Maximum quantity of separated waste generated over the duration of the contract = Maximum value for sorted waste (sum of value for mixed and separated waste) = Maximum value of the subject-matter of the contract. NOTE: The contracting authority informs that it applies the right of option when collecting and managing the waste covered by the contract. This means that the quantities quoted are the minimum quantities to be priced in the price offer [both the number of inhabitants and the quantity of waste are the minimum values which are guaranteed to be realised during the term of the contract]. If the quantity of waste is greater than the minimum values indicated in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), the contracting authority has the right to increase the subject-matter of the contract up to the maximum value calculated below, provided, however, that this is a right which he may exercise, but does not have to be exercised, as appropriate. The guaranteed quantity of waste to be received is the amount of waste listed in the description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1 to the invitation.
