Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Of Laws 2023, item 1356 – ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection and logging and logging, to be carried out in the Barycz Forest District in 2024. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of work on rearing and forest protection, fire protection and harvesting and scraping work resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ (for each lot separately). The quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the ToR.
