Description

The subject-matter of the awarded public contract (‘the public contract’) is the modernisation of the technological equipment of the Operational Centre of the Crisis Staff of the Capital City of Prague (OSKŠ). This is largely on the verge of life. And although these are technologies that are built for such operation, it is necessary to implement their replacement. Above all, it is a technological unit of large-scale display, including control of operators' workplaces. This requires modifications both in the technological room (e.g. new rack, cabling such as patch cables, HDMI cables, installation of encoders and image decoders), at the operator's workplaces (e.g. cabling, installation of encoders and image decoders), as well as in application equipment, which includes an upgrade of application equipment for controlling large-screen display, including the application of a map and a camera viewer in connection with the replacement of a graphic controller (so-called IKOS). The subject-matter of the contract shall include, inter alia, the following: 1. Changing the graphical controller of the large-screen display, including the control of the combined workplaces of operators. 2. Replacement of LCD monitors for large-screen display. 3. Replacing a PC without LCD monitors. 4. Replacement of active elements of the internal network of OSKŠ and firewalls of OSKŠ, which ensure a secure connection with the outside world. 5. Related additions and modifications to the technical room. 6. Related upgrade of the application equipment for controlling the large-screen display, including the map application and the camera viewer in connection with the replacement of the graphic controller. The project will also include the addition of videoconferencing technology.
