The subject of the procurement are the services of professional supervision and occupational safety coordinator over the execution of works on the construction of the Green Oasis Park. The ‘Green Oasis of Čakovec’ project envisages the establishment of a new green infrastructure in the urban area of the City of Čakovec through the construction of a modern city park that will completely replace the existing, neglected and unused area. This intervention will establish new green infrastructure that fully follows the provisions of the Green Infrastructure Development Programme for Urban Areas 2021-2030 as well as the New European Bauhaus principles of sustainability, inclusion and aesthetic quality of space. The new park will be built in accordance with the developed Main Project with amendments (URBIA ARH-09/2023-ID) and obtained a valid building permit. The park called Zelena oaza Čakovec is conceived as a green infrastructure, a space for quality outdoor time, education of the local population and as an area that contributes to mitigating the impact of climate change in the area of Čakovec. At the same time, a significant area and variety of facilities make the park with a tourist attraction. A modern approach to the design of park areas has been applied, that is, modern principles of shaping urban green spaces that respect and improve urban biodiversity, contribute to the image of the city and complete the living quality of the city's open space. The park as a whole, covers more than 15 ha and is divided into functional zones that make up: children's playgrounds with caffe bar and public toilets, parking space, pump track (polygon/cycling track), exercise areas, orchard with picnic zone, water surface, polyfunctional central building, square next to the water surface with a bridge, amphitheater, open pavilion of butterflies, pavilion of Sv. Valentina, a dog park and walls for graffiti. The first stage involves the execution of basic infrastructure, construction and horticultural works necessary for the functionality and usability of the premises, which are the subject of this public procurement procedure, all according to the cost statement and the project and technical documentation that is an annex to this procurement documentation.
