This is an agreement between the OCMW of Oud-Heverlee, the municipality of Oud-Heverlee, the temporary commercial company Foyer de lork vzw – Probis Corporate NV, Foyer de lork vzw and the Senior Living Group, under which the municipality undertakes to provide a guarantee in favour of vzw Woonzorgzone De Kouter with an exit scheme. Under the framework agreement, the municipality has the right to decide in the future to withdraw from the ASBL, after which the guarantee from the municipality and the land in question from the CPAS are transferred to the private partner in accordance with the conditions laid down in the framework agreement.
