The contracting authority shall organise an award procedure, following the completion of which it intends to award a works contract, having as its object the provision of design services, technical verification of the project, technical assistance from the designer, as well as the execution of the works necessary to achieve the investment objective ‘Increase in energy efficiency and medical accessibility through the expansion of the medical hospital’, in accordance with the specifications in the technical documentation. In addition to the execution of works, the contractor will provide the technological and functional machinery and equipment (including their assembly) set out in the technical project. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline for any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is until the 16th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
