Project management contracts awarded pursuant to Articles 8-12, 28 and 30-32 of Decree No 2005-1742 of the
30.12.2005 and Order 2005-649 of 6.6.2005.
The purpose of these project management contracts is the rehabilitation of two programmes located in Noisy-le-Sec (93130):
Lot 1: S628L “Michelet” programme. This heritage built in 1971 consists of 5 buildings comprising:
157 dwellings, 6 lifts, a terraced car park with 126 boxes and 36 seats on 3 levels.
Lot 2: S633L “Sémard” programme. This heritage built in 1979 consists of 209 dwellings, 9
lifts, a terraced car park with 141 boxes and 48 external seats.
The work will be carried out in the middle; the project management team must include the
skills required, in particular with regard to asbestos.
The project management team will be entrusted with a basic task of project management without competition.
will include:
— a technical and architectural diagnostic task
— a basic rehabilitation project management task within the meaning of the MOP Law.
The two operations are separated.
