Description

The Lapland Welfare Region is requesting tenders for the delivery of dental units to its oral health care units (dental clinics), with the exception of the Keminmaa office. The goal is to renew 4-6 machines a year due to ageing, breakage or other reasons. As a result of the acquisitions, the stock of care equipment will be harmonised, which will also make maintenance arrangements more uniform and more efficient and economical. The number of equipment purchases varies and is confirmed in the investment plan of the wellbeing services county for one year at a time. The wellbeing services county of Lapland does not commit to any minimum procurement amounts for dental units. The subject of the tendering procedure is two framework agreements (framework agreements), one concerning roof-mounted dental units and the other concerning floor-mounted dental units. A maximum of 3 most economically advantageous tenders and tenderers will be selected for each framework contract. If there are fewer than 3 tenders, all suitable tenders and tenderers will be selected for the arrangement. The actual duration of the framework contracts is 24 months and they are accompanied by two 12-month option contracts.
