Description

Het NFI is op zoek naar laboratoria die in opdracht van het NFI en op verzoek van Aanvragers, toxicologische bloedonderzoeken kunnen uitvoeren. De onderzoeken moeten voldoen aan de wettelijke regels en eisen zoals opgenomen in de Wegenverkeerswet 1994 (WvW) en het daaruit voortvloeiende Besluit- en Regeling alcohol, drugs en geneesmiddelen in het verkeer en het wetboek van Strafvordering (Sv) en het daaruit voortvloeiende Besluit- en Regeling middelenonderzoek bij geweldplegers.
De bloedonderzoeken richten zich op:
1. alcohol in het verkeer in het kader van de Wegenverkeerswet,
2. drugs in het verkeer in het kader van de Wegenverkeerswet,
3. drugs en alcohol in het verkeer in het kader van de Wegenverkeerswet en
4. alcohol in het kader van het wetboek van Strafvordering,
5. drugs in het kader van het wetboek van Strafvordering,
6. drugs en alcohol in het kader van het wetboek van Strafvordering.
