The subject of the contract is the provision of service 1.1. collection of municipal waste generated and collected within the administrative boundaries of the Commune of StÄ™ĆŒyca on: 1.1.1 real estate on which residents live, 1.1.2 real estate on which residents do not live and waste is generated, in relation to real estate on which activities are carried out: a) the Office of the Commune of StÄ™ĆŒyca and other organizational units of the Commune of StÄ™ĆŒyca operating in the form of budgetary units, b) cultural institutions for which the organizer, co-organizer or co-host is the Commune of StÄ™ĆŒyca, c) municipal legal persons; 1.2. equipping owners of real estate listed in point 1.1. with appropriate containers intended for the collection and collection of municipal waste: ‘PAPER’, ‘Glass’, ‘METALES AND PLASTICS’, ‘BIO’, ‘POPIÓƁ’ and ‘NON-SEGREGATED (MIXED)’ in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws 2021, No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 906).
