Poland-Legnica: Software implementation services
1. The subject-matter of the present public procurement procedure is:
(1) within the scope of Task I – Improve customer service, including the construction and provision of e-services in the municipality of Legnica.
(2) within the scope of Task II – Improving customer service, including the construction and provision of services in the municipality of Legnica – a social communication portal and a knowledge base portal and training.
The scope of the contract – in accordance with Annex 1 ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract’ to the ‘Instructions for Contractors’ – Chapter 2 and draft contracts Annexes 7 to 9b.
2. Contracting authority pursuant to Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Act requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons carrying out the following tasks relating to the performance of the contract. For Task I: implementation work – consultant; implementation work – IT or developer; for Task II: implementation work – IT or developer.
