Description

Binnen de opdracht valt: - Het gebruiksklaar leveren van Touchscreens inclusief toebehoren; - Het demonteren (inclusief afvoeren), plaatsen, installeren en monteren van de Touchscreens; - Het geven van gevraagd en ongevraagd advies; - Het bieden van gebruikersinstructies, training en ondersteuning; - Het bieden van onderhoud, service en garantie; Optioneel binnen de opdracht: - Het ondersteunen en verhuizen van de AV middelen; De jaarlijkse uitgaven aan de Touchscreens zijn circa € 100.000 (exclusief BTW). Voor een Raamovereenkomst voor de duur van twee jaren (inclusief twee optiejaren) betekent dit € 100.000 maal vier is € 400.000. Rekening houdend met onvoorziene uitgaven middels een opslag van 25% resulteert dit in een ramingswaarde van € 500.000. De ramingswaarde wordt vermeerderd met 25%, de maximale opdrachtwaarde wordt daarmee vastgesteld op € 625.000 euro.
